Before You Secure Your Spot at Kairos

We’re so excited to welcome you to Kairos Dance Convention!
Before completing your registration, please take a moment to review the key event policies below.

• All Kairos tickets are final. Refunds will only be considered in the case of injury prior to the convention with a valid medical certificate.

• Tickets may be transferred to another dancer before the convention begins, provided the Kairos team is notified and the new dancer is registered prior to the event.

• During the convention, Kairos may capture photos and videos which may be used across our social media, website, and promotional materials.

• Participation in classes is voluntary and at the dancer’s own risk. Kairos Dance Convention and the event venue are not responsible for personal injury or lost belongings.

• Kairos reserves the right to make adjustments to the schedule, faculty, or programming if required to ensure the best possible experience for dancers.

• By attending Kairos, dancers agree to respect the faculty, staff, venue and fellow dancers, helping us maintain the positive and inspiring environment Kairos is known for.
