- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds or partial refunds will only be offered in the case of injury prior to the convention where dancers are no longer able participate in dance classes.It is the buyers responsibility to notify the Kairos Team of any injury prior to the first day of the convention in order to receive a full or partial refund. Proof of injury, such as a doctors certificate is required in order to receive a refund.
- I authorise Kairos Dance Convention (and any partners) the use of my image in photos and videos for all purposes including advertising.
- I have agreed to all rules and regulations of Kairos Dance Convention.
- I understand that Kairos Dance Convention and the convention venue are not liable for personal injuries or loss of, or damage to personal property.
- Each attendee may refuse to participate in any activity. If there are any doubts as to a dancer's physical ability, please consult with your doctor before participating.
- I understand that there are NO REFUNDS at anytime, for any reason once the convention has started.
- All faculty members are scheduled to teach. However, in the event a tutor is called away, Kairos Dance Convention will replace them with another equally qualified professional.
- I hereby authorise Kairos Dance Convention to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention.
- I hereby release and discharge Kairos Dance Convention, its staff and the convention venue against any and all liability or causes of actions arising out of or in connection with my participation in Kairos Dance Convention.
